108 SHIRAZ

108 Shiraz is a very limited, premium Shiraz made from centenary vines on our farm. Named for the age of the vines at harvest, this 2024 release comes from fruit picked when the Shiraz vines were 108 years old.

Hand picked and made with a minimal intervention approach, this is a wine that lets the vineyard speak. It is generous, powerful and expressive, with the depth and character that only old vines can deliver.

Made from regeneratively farmed grapes, with no pesticides, no fungicides, no chemical sprays, and no chemical fertilisers — just a probiotic spray and careful farming. In the winery, it stays true to the fruit: no additives, no preservatives other than naturally occurring sulphites, vegan, and made to drink now.

This is a special wine in very limited supply. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
