A Family Farm Story

Paddock To Pint

We grow the barley and wheat on our family farm in Toodyay, then bring it back to the Swan Valley to brew with. Thirteen years in the making. True since 2025.

Our Biggest Difference

No Shortcuts.

Every drink starts with an ingredient, not a formula. We buy straight from WA growers instead of big supply chains, and we don't turn away a wonky piece of fruit. If it doesn't meet supermarket cosmetic standards, we still press it. That means less goes to landfill, and more WA farmers get paid for what they grow.

From there it's simple: cold-pressed on-site, no concentrates, no shortcuts. Perth's first unpasteurised cider, back in 2016. Natural. Preservative-free. Always. No exceptions, no asterisks.
